ERM - Enterprise Risk Management

We offer a Risk Management Evaluation and Insurance Audit through a growing number of trained Account Executives. This service goes beyond quoting on existing coverage as we personally analyze business operations and review business contracts from the insurance viewpoint to assist our clients with the design and implementation of their risk reduction strategy.

Past claims are reviewed for possible trends to better understand causes and possible solutions. We visit all significant locations to more fully understand the critical aspects of the subject business. Based on our operational review, we then audit the current insurance program to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. The result is a formal report developed exclusively for the client’s business. The report provides a “ground-up” blueprint outlining possible threats to the fixed assets and sources of cash flow by searching for and prioritizing exposures to loss. The report also provides a series of recommendations to minimize the potential of a crippling loss to either of these critical items. A follow-up review is scheduled either quarterly or semi-annually to make sure that programs remain current.
